Not only was the lady, Mary, in the office so super sweet, David was here and diagnosed the problem in just a few short minutes, fixed it, checked the unit and said all else was great!!! This is an efficient company with excellent employees and their prices are very fair. I’ll be using them for all of our AC needs. We also purchased the maintenance plan which is an excellent value. I’m just super satisfied with this company’s professionalism. Oh and I called at 3:30 and they were out here within the hour!!!!!

Our Technician, Keith, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very Honest and gave me a run down on what is going on. I only know little to basic knowledge of HVAC but he was able to break down the info for me. I know that Snyder has served the jacksonville community for many many years, glad that we contacted them. Will look to Keith and the team for future services.
