After being unsuccessful in contacting a different company, we called Snyder and they sent Phillip out within the hour. He was extremely kind and very thorough in explaining what the issue was and what it was going to take to fix it. He came out early on a Saturday and had the issue fixed rather quickly even though they don’t normally allow repairs such as ours on Fridays or Saturdays. We would absolutely recommend Snyder based solely on our interaction with Phillip. He’s quick, efficient and sets clear expectations of what needs to be done and is up front about any issues or cost increases that may happen.

We are in a relatively new home. Had no idea that there were corroded pipes in the A/C unit and bacteria (looked like mold) near the vent. Ishmael got right on it and gave me before and after photos. I am 100% SATISFIED!!!!! Good job!
