Alejandro, my technician, was very thorough in checking my AC unit, answering my questions and doing the routine maintenance. He was training a technician new to the company and it was an excellent experience having both of them answer my questions while comfortably doing their jobs. I was not familiar with Snyder so the maintenance visit was a great opportunity to see how the technicians represent their company. I was so very impressed and it was a pleasure getting to hear Alejandro speak about his family and the company. I would love for him to return to service my unit again and again.

Daniel was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional during the initial survey. Curtis and Joe executed the installation. They were both class acts. I was amazed how professional they carried themselves. Arrived on time, worked through lunch, and didn’t leave an ounce of dust when they were finished. I barely knew they were here. These guys even offered me a water while we were talking outside! That never happens with other companies. Definitely 5 stars gentleman. I only want the Snyder team to work at my house!

We had the pleasure of having the team of Joseph James and Brendan do several hours worth of electrical work at our house today. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Joseph and Brendan explained every step along the way and were always available for questions. We didn’t have enough batteries to cover all the smoke alarms and Joseph spent his own money to buy some for us and refused to allow me to pay him back. Both technicians were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made. We have used your company for years and this is why we continue to do so due to the high caliber of customer service you provide at reasonable prices!
