Cody arrived early and fixed my initial problem quickly and was super friendly in explaining a better and more safe way to do it next time. He also took time to answer a few additional questions and concerns I had for some other things that I thought may need attention soon. He was informative, personable, and courteous. I would recommend the company and his service to anyone, and when needed will be a returning customer.

Showed up quickly and on time, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional. I am truly blessed to have Snyder. They installed our units yrs ago. They maintain maintenance, so when our unit went out. They came out in a timely manner, fixed the issue and it was all covered under the warranty. No more cost for me. Awesome service.

Shawn has done an outstanding job on both of his visits. He was very apologetic on the leak during his second visit even though the leak was not his fault. I highly recommend Shawn to anybody not be cause of just his work ethics, but also because he has a very positive attitude and mindset.

Dakota came out and helped me troubleshoot a light which I had wired myself and was turning off due to what he determined was a photocell issue (user error). As dumb as I felt, he checked everything and said all was wired correctly and told me i did a great job. Appreciate him coming out on short notice and the provided feedback!

My air conditioner quit working the other day and while I was with my wife at the hospital a relative made an appointment with a company from the beach to help us and when I got home he showed up and after about 15 minutes told me coils were bad and for $390,00 he would find the but I should buy another unit. After saying no I called the number on the unit for Snyder's which is who I bought it from 8.5 years ago. With the maintenance plan she sent a man out that day. After a long detailed inspection he showed me where there was a leak in the coolant line. Thomas and another worker came out today and after about 4 hours they rerouted the line and had the unit working like new. As a retired Marine Corps Officer I can both identify and respect professionalism and competence. They kept me informed as the work progressed. Thank you Thomas and the office lady that set this up. With my wife on an oxygen machine and warm weather coming I feel good knowing Snyder's will be there if needed and I will only use them in the future for any maintenance needs that they do.
