Sam is so very detailed, polite and professional. I did not understand all of his professional speak, but my husband sure did. His demeanor is very encouraging and made me feel as though we would be in the very best of hands with Snyder! Thank you! Alonzo Smith & Sam Marshall have done a fantastic job at our home. My husband met them for the first time today in person, but had already had good conversations with them via phone. They were so accommodating to keep him updated on progress! Thank you both for a great experience!!!!

The service was utterly amazing! My hubby posted a detailed review under Julio's review regarding the entire team. The same holds true for Ryan Lewis. Such a wonderful nice group of professional men that came in real quickly to setup, install, test, and cleanup.

Dominick beyond exceeded expectations! He was professional, efficient and great at communicating what was needed and what was happening. He completely replaced my breaker box and threw a 50 amp line to my backyard. He stood within his projected timeframe. My only complaint would be he works too hard and I don’t think I even saw him blink or take a break. He thoroughly explained what everything was in a way I could understand without feeling dumb. He even cleaned up after himself, I expected dust or residue left because it was a large job and there was no clean up. I would not only recommend Snyder I would enthusiastically recommend him.

I’m absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Snyder, starting at 9:30 PM last night when my A/C went out! I had the pleasure of speaking with Rosemary, who quickly scheduled Jason to come out the next day to troubleshoot. Jason exceeded my expectations—he was not only on time but early, and he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the main issue, explained potential future concerns, and offered several clear solutions. I’m now looking forward to having the techs out tomorrow to upgrade our A/C system. This will help us stay better prepared for the long summer ahead—and avoid any more hot nights like last night!
