Technician did a 6 month routine inspection of HVAC system, including outdoor compressor. He also installed an outdoor lightning surge protector, which was not included in original purchase of system. Technician was well trained, explained everything he did, and answered my questions in a friendly manner. I am a satisfied customer.

German Perez Arrived on time, listened to the diagnostics I had performed, painstakingly searched for Freon leak, found several issues, provided several warranty repair alternative part options. Also suggested some self maintenance techniques. Pro all around. You don’t want your condenser coil to look like the one in the photo, German from Snyder fixed it for me.

Was told they couldn't make it till next day, they saw I hade been without water already for a day, they called me back, was able to fit me in at end of day, I was talking care of my brother who was sick so this was amazing, they did a great job, I had a pipe break under bathroom in mobile home , they replaced where break was and possible areas of future problems

Shawn was wonderful. He's kind and courteous. He's professional and doesn't mind taking you every step of the way with him. He answers questions with ease and you don't feel like you're bothering him. He handles everything like a Boss and he checks on you after to make sure everything is to your liking and there are no issues. Would definitely recommend Shawn as your plumbing needs. We had four days of plumbing work, redoing the entire house and outside pump and bladder tank . He deserves a huge raise.
