We have generally had great service from this company for over a decade. But had a very bad experience yesterday. Got a price to replace all ductwork for our AC (the SUMMER price, which is always more expensive). 30 minutes later the tech called back and said he made a mistake it would actually be $1000 more than he quoted. What??!!! That is a terrible error to make and unacceptable. After loving this company for a decade we are shopping around.

I’m giving Ryan Lewis a 5 for mannerisms, polite, knowledgeable and being patience. But I do think the price for a blower or new unit is overpriced. Thank you Ryan Lewis.

This is my third interaction with Snyder heating and air. David was prompt and called prior to his arrival time. He was very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and was quick to provide us service. He made sure to check the entire system, not just the repair that he had to make. My only concern was having to pay/rent a temp motor until an original factory motor was ordered and sent. I feel this should fall parts warranty. I’m not sure if the temporary motor is reused or sent back to the manufacturer. True I could have chosen to just wait for the original part, but in 90 plus heat with a work from home job, animals and children this really was no choice at all. I wish the company would issue some type of credit upon the return of the temporary motor with the installation of the manufacturer’s approved part. Again let me say David was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. I am a second generation Snyder customer and it just seems like a little bit of price gouging for the use of the temporary motor. Very happy with the service that I received. The inspection was done and it was explained to me very well by Chris. Shawn came and did the work the next day. He was very calming when I was stressing out about my water.
