This is the first time I used their service (electrical). I was very pleased and impressed. The day for the electrician to arrive, I received a text message, that included a picture of the electrician, to advise me that he was in his way. About 20 minutes later, I received a telephone call from the electrician advising the approximate time if his arrival to my home. When he arrived, he covered his shoes so he would not soil my carpet. The electrician had a very good attitude, identified my problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. Clearly explained all the other services the company provides. I will use their services again. Today is October 21, 2024- The service provided by the technician was excellent. Very pleased with his services. He reconnected my chandelier in my dining room and placed the crystals om the chandelier. I truly did not expect that he would replace the crystals. My chandelier looks beautiful. He was very patient in doing what he had to do. I'm deeply appreciate his excellent service. I believe he is a valued employee and cares about the type service he provides the customer.

Ron came the same day to fix our problem, even though it was after 5. He persevered until he found the source of the back-up and fixed it. He was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely use Snyder again.

Had a very pleasant visit from our service tech Tim Day today. He was polite, and able to offer us solutions to the air quality in our home. He took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable with the choices we made. Thank you Snyder for considering how to keep things affordable.

I often don't post negative things, but this is something everyone needs to be aware of. I had Snyder man come out after we had the deep freeze and my A/C wasn't working correctly. After a diagnosis I was told it would be $3000 - $5000 to fix my AC or I could buy a whole new unit for $19K. I wanted a second opinion so the next day I had sunrise heating and cooling come out and they told me nothing was wrong with my AC and that when the temps get this cold with the moisture it slows down the fan from working properly. 10 days later my AC is working fine and I've called three times for a refund from Snyder man and I keep getting the answer of we're looking into the issue. Do not trust Snyder man. Sunrise heating and cooling told me they could install a new AC for $8K. Snyder man is a con man!
