Raymond was punctual, knowledgeable and explained each step of the repair process. He explained in detail another existing problem and gave a quote in the spot. He is extremely conscientious about making sure everything is tidy and good to go. A great asset to the company!

I like it that Snyder AC sends an email concerning an upcoming vist that includes a photo of the technician that will be coming to our home. Phillip Carter gave us a call prior to his arrival and was on time. He listen carefully to the problem and gave possible causes and solutions before starting work. After looking into the areas of concern he described the problem and gave several options and recommendations for repair and also completely answered each question in easy to understand language. Work completed and our AC is working perfectly. I'm thankfully to have a professional like Phillip Carter taking care of AC problem.

Tracey was amazing!! He had to make 3 trips for me to get the job done and was extremely professional each time. I ended up only needing 2 new breakers instead of 3 which saved me a considerable amount of $$. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the honesty when obviously I would have never known the difference. Truly appreciate that there are still great hard working honest people.
