Aidan,was our service provider was on time, very thorough and professional. Explained what our problem was with our A/C. As a results of his testing. He found the problem. The parts have arrived and Aidan has made the repairs. He also found that there was no regulator on the unit, which there should have been. Made the repairs. So far, so good. Good job Aidan!!!

We called to have routine receptacle (electrical) maintenance done. Ended up being a bigger job than expected. Jermain went above and beyond the call. Professional, polite, punctual, honest. I don’t know if you can request specific employees, but if so, ask for Jermain. You won’t be disappointed.

This review doesn't really cover the repair itself. I had the work done, the work was fine, the leak was repaired. My main issue is with billing. I originally contacted Snyder about a leak I had noticed coming from a second floor bathroom. It was traced down to a faulty original tub installation - specifically the overflow. The way the tub was installed had cracked around the gasket needed to seal the overflow valve. The person who came out to my house told me, "We'll try for a repair that you'll have to pay for today. In the event that the repair doesn't work we'll credit you for the cost of the repair from the installation cost of a new tub." That seemed like a reasonable deal to me so I took it. Unfortunately the repair didn't work and I had to have a new tub installed. As can be guessed the whole, "we'll credit you for the cost of the repair against the tub replacement" never happened. TBF it isn't a crazy amount of money and I did call them up twice to have it corrected. Both times the Master Plumber or whoever wasn't available. The second lady I spoke with said she had transferred my request to billing or accounting and I would be credit within a few days - that never happened.
