The Young technician knew what he was talking about and explained everything in detail to me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Great communication! Showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done to achieve desired results. Billy also explained where issues might arise. Gave me a complete quote for everything on the spot. I was able to immediately schedule job for a few days later. They did excellent work running new 220 line and ceiling fan install on cathedral ceiling! He and his colleague were even extra careful to keep home neat and cleaned up everything before they left. Very happy with results and highly recommend. Also, Snyder was very easy to work with for scheduling. Working with Snyder plumbing this time. Katia gave me an on the spot estimate for multiple jobs. She was amazing at identifying issues and potential solutions! Really blown away by her depth of knowledge and detailed explanation. All around great experience!
