Sam is so very detailed, polite and professional. I did not understand all of his professional speak, but my husband sure did. My husband met them for the first time today in person, but had already had good conversations with them via phone. They were so accommodating to keep him updated on progress! Aidan and Jeremy were here and quickly, efficiently and professionally replaced 2 motion sensor lamps for me. They were pleasant, friendly and worked steadily and accomplished the work within the time for the basic service fee! Excellent job. I did not see Jeremy’s name in the Technician List or would have selected his name as well.
