I had yet another 5 star experience with Synder today. Our fire alarms weren’t working properly and we suspected an electrical issue. Billie Stanley was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it! He was kind and reassuring. And he even got a Snyder coloring book to give to my son. So thoughtful! I can’t recommend Snyder enough. And special thank you to Billie for taking such good care of us today!!!

I wanted to take a moment to commend technician, Geramy, who recently installed my new Ecobee thermostat. He did a wonderful job—from the installation itself to setting up the system, adding it to my iPhone, and walking me through how to use it. He was courteous, professional, and even thoughtful toward my four-legged son, which meant a lot. I truly appreciate the quality of work completed and the care he showed throughout the visit. We had the pleasure of having the team of Joseph James and Brendan do several hours worth of electrical work at our house today. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Joseph and Brendan explained every step along the way and were always available for questions. We didn’t have enough batteries to cover all the smoke alarms and Joseph spent his own money to buy some for us and refused to allow me to pay him back. Both technicians were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made. We have used your company for years and this is why we continue to do so due to the high caliber of customer service you provide at reasonable prices!

If I could make this 10 stars I would! AC went out on a Saturday night and Snyder responded by 11AM Sunday. Our tech, Dylan, was very thorough and had our issue diagnosed within just a few minutes. Even though our system was installed by another company just 3 1/2 short years ago, Snyder took care of all the warranty details and was able to get a new compressor installed in 5 days, which is much quicker than the 4-6 weeks the manufacturer said it would take!! Dylan was so knowledgeable and explained every detail along the way. Snyder now has a new lifelong customer and will be requesting Dylan for every preventative maintenance appointment!!
