We had been without air conditioning since Friday. I called Snyder on Monday after my dissatisfaction with the previous company we were dealing with. We were able to get an appointment that day, and Jon Reeves was the technician that came. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained things well. My husband and I were able to make an informed decision based on our discussion with Jon. We opted to have a new unit installed, and Charles and Ryan were the techs that did the installation. They were prompt and took care of business. My husband observed the entire process, and confirmed explanations were provided throughout. We are both satisfied with the work, and the caliber of service provided by Snyder. Synder Air Conditioning did a great job providing maintenance to my air conditioners. Josh Cardona was the service technician and was amazing.
