Here’s a review for Dylan Carter: **Excellent AC Service - Highly Recommend Dylan!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dylan Carter recently serviced our AC unit and provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering all of our questions with patience. What really stood out was Dylan’s great personality and positive attitude. He approached the job with enthusiasm and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for doing quality work really made a difference. The AC is running perfectly now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Dylan is exactly the kind of technician you hope to get - skilled, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be requesting him for any future HVAC needs!

Called Snyder due to AC not cooling and a 90 degree inside house temperature. Geramy was the HVAC technician assigned. Outstanding! On time, professional and highly skilled. He was able to troubleshoot the system and replace failed component rapidly. Service was exceptional.

Poor Service and Broken Promises - Elderly Customers Left in Dangerous Heat Rating: ⭐ (1/5 stars) I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have been failed by this company in the most unacceptable way possible. My parents, both in their 80s, have been without air conditioning for over a month during one of Florida's hottest summers on record, with temperatures reaching 90+ degrees daily. On June 14th, the technician assessed the unit and assured us that a needed part would arrive within 7-14 days. It has now been over a month, and the part still hasn't arrived. When we call for updates, we get vague responses and empty promises about "checking on the order." This is poor customer service. We need action immediately!

From the moment they arrived at the house, Dominick, Kyle, Kevin, and Eric were so professional. They were all very helpful and friendly, even when I kept asking questions. Their expertise was evident during the install, as they handled everything that came up with ease and efficiency. They were very meticulous with their choices, and left no question about anything being done correctly, or without being checked and double checked. As a customer, that is greatly appreciated. An extra thank you to Eric for his patience with my questions, and to Dominick for the same, and for his thorough explanations, to help someone like me, who knows little, to understand.
