Kat was great. I had a bunch of calcium build up in the shower plumbing and shower head. She diagnosed the problem very quickly and took the extra time to swap around different shower heads so we could determine that the filters were bad. I appreciate her extra time and her professionalism. I will definitely use Snyder again in the future!

Daniel was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional during the initial survey. Curtis and Joe executed the installation. They were both class acts. I was amazed how professional they carried themselves. Arrived on time, worked through lunch, and didn’t leave an ounce of dust when they were finished. I barely knew they were here. These guys even offered me a water while we were talking outside! That never happens with other companies. Definitely 5 stars gentleman. I only want the Snyder team to work at my house!

I normally don’t write a review but given time I just had to in hopes that someone will read it. A little over a month ago I paid Snyder just shy of $700 to replace a capacitor on my air handler. It’s steep and for people that don’t know this is only a $20 part give or take a few bucks on Amazon. Yes they are fast and did get my A/C working for my tenants since I live out of state. The part that really set me over the edge is the whole time the tech was trying to convince me to get a service plan and to have the coils / ducts cleaned because he said they were extremely dirty. I passed due to knowing I was selling the house in a few months and informed him of this because I can do it all myself. Then RELENTLESSLY he tries calling / texting / and emailing both me and my wife to the point we had to block all forms of contact with him. Something I was firm yet polite with him over the phone initially to begin with. Harassing business tactics is where I draw the line with a company in any situation! Then a few weeks later I visit my house since my tenants moved out and I was LIVID. He put back in a 3 year old filter that my tenants never replaced when there was two more brand new ones beneath it!!!! The house wouldn’t cool below 79 due to that! The new ones can even be seen in the pics he sent us. The evaporator coils took less than a minute to brush the debris off it and that’s me nitpicking being clean. All air ducts were extremely clean for 30+ years old. Funny enough zero pics of the coils on the intake side or the supposed “very dirty ducts” had pictures in the invoice. I cannot express enough that this company doesn’t care about you, they just want to charge 2-3x more than the smaller guys and get you on some type of monthly / yearly fee. You are truly a number to them!
