Billie Stanley provided outstanding service in diagnosing our electrical issues. He was extremely thorough, checking everything meticulously. Billie’s professionalism and manners were exceptional, setting a high standard for the industry. He is definitely a people’s electrician , and doesn’t pressure you into anything, and keeps it straight! I Highly recommended!

Colin was extremely professional and very pleasant to speak with. He got right to work without delay and his conclusions and recommendations were spot on. As CEO of my own company and VP at a Fortune 500 company I would have proud to have him as an employee. I look forward to seeing him again under my service contract. Jim A David came a little later and he was very impressive!😀 Technically he was the best. What a delivery ; someone that is a technical wizard and professional and polite. I feel I met a new friend as nice as he was. He did an excellent job, was very thorough and explained everything in layman’s terms so I understood and he made sense. He scheduled an electrical follow up right away for me so basically he did all the work while I watched and he took care to make sure the job would be100%!! What a delight Snyder company was for me. Unfortunately our HVAC unit, which was was installed by another company not Snyder, leaked water that flooded into the garage and home. Not only did David fix the issue he gave a detailed description of what caused the issue and how it was repaired. Futhermore he provided helpful restoration and prevention recommendations. Lastly he was kind enough to relay all pertinent information to the insurance adjusters present so as not to let anything be lost in translation by me the customer making this ordeal a bit easier to process. David's professionalism and politeness was just the cherry on the cake. We would prefer David to be our point person on all things HVAC and will definitely be recommending him and Snyder to friends and family.
