I called at 10:30 am for repair on my AC and I was very pleasantly surprised for Mr. Perez to arrive early. He was a nice guy that listened to my problem and proceeded to fix me up. He was efficient and courteous and cleaned up after himself. It's 90 ° outside but only 77° in my house a few hours later. Call Snyder for fast response and decent prices. I'm pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately it took 2 more service calls to finally fix it BUT I am still happy with Snyder AC and will use them if needed.

After signing up for the monthly Snyder care program, we had them come out to service our AC before it got too hot. Emmanuel did a fantastic job not only taking care of our equipment but also educating us on our system. He went over everything in such great detail and made such a wonderful impression. If you have someone come out to work on your unit I HIGHLY recommend trying to have it be him. Coming back to add to my earlier review! Through the Snyder Care Program, we also had their team come out and do a full plumbing inspection of our recently purchased home. Tony Bravo and Thor Fennell did a fantastic, above and beyond job that far exceeded my expectations! Their inspection was thorough and their findings were explained in detail. I appreciated their guidance on recommendations and possible upgrades to our system. I can’t wait to recommend them when friends and family ask!

Dakota came out to assess my electrical emergency and we were very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail, and honest right from the start. Very professional and didnt beat around the bush. Told us exactly what we were looking at and helped us make the right decision. I highly recommend Snyder. First class service!

We lost power to our well system suddenly. Could not find cause. Snyder responded same day and found issue was buried line failure. Made temporary repair to give us water and came back next day for permanent fix. Great job.

Great communication! Showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done to achieve desired results. Billy also explained where issues might arise. Gave me a complete quote for everything on the spot. I was able to immediately schedule job for a few days later. They did excellent work running new 220 line and ceiling fan install on cathedral ceiling! He and his colleague were even extra careful to keep home neat and cleaned up everything before they left. Very happy with results and highly recommend. Also, Snyder was very easy to work with for scheduling. Working with Snyder plumbing this time. Katia gave me an on the spot estimate for multiple jobs. She was amazing at identifying issues and potential solutions! Really blown away by her depth of knowledge and detailed explanation. All around great experience!
