Brandon was absolutely wonderful! We had a leak in our half bath and discovered that the toilet was installed incorrectly when we had our floors redone(by another company). Not only did he fix the install issue, we found another toilet in the house was also installed incorrectly. Finding and repairing that issue saved us from significant issues and damages down the road. He went above and beyond, was professional, kind, and showed me the issues every step of the way. Jamal was on time, efficient and extremely friendly! He serviced our two units, making sure they both are in optimal condition. He was very communicative and thorough. Walter was incredibly quiet as my kids were still sleeping when he showed up for our maintenance appointment. He was thorough and efficient. Super respectful and made sure our units were working efficiently! Ryan was very communicative from the moment he was on his way to us during our most recent service appointment. He was able to diagnose the issue with one of our A/C units and find the best solution for us! He was thorough with our options for repair and replacement.

Woke up to a burned rubber smell. Called Synder after FD could not locate source. Called Synder right after & Rashad Forcine came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very easy to understand and was determined to find the problem & found solutions fast! He really knows his stuff!
