Called Snyder at 8:30 pm for an air conditioner that had quit. Anna was very helpful and polite. She put us on the schedule for today and David was here by 9:30. He was friendly and fast. Had it diagnosed and fixed in 15 minutes. Good service. Thank you.

So my AC unit was not working properly…it was hotter inside than out. Jason came out and found that my unit was old, outdated & parts basically for the most part obsolete or very expensive. End up financing a new a/c unit, which thankfully will be installed tomorrow. Jason was super nice, polite & personable. Would definitely recommend Snyder A/C, we have only had good experiences with them. My installers Sny-Charlie & Ryan (the Technicians) were very nice. Cleaned up any mess and explained details of the unit to me. Poor guys had 4 downpours of rain while installing the unit. They did an excellent job! And Jason, thank you for coming out so quickly, the call prior to your arrival and all your help & courteousness. Aidan Tavenner, thank you for helping me with the thermostat Wi-Fi issue and all the extra information & tips you enlightened me with in regards to the unit. All in all a great team of workers. Savannah what the technician that came out today and she was nothing short of amazing! She was so personable and professional I can not explain how refreshing it is to have someone like her to help with the absolute mess that my AC is. She went above and beyond to fix the problem and was very thorough and explained everything. She answered any questions I had and there were plenty of them. Will continue to go through Snyder for any HVAC needs and will continue to request Savannah! She deserves a raise and praise for her hard work. Thanks Savannah!

Selling a house in Florida, tried replacing just the shower handle ourselves., unfortunately we needed to seek a plumber. Searched Google and came across Snyder Air Conditioning. I called on Saturday and had someone come out on Sunday to fix my issue. It was great having a female arrive to help with our situation. Katia Lindsey was very professional and helped with the install of a new shower head and handle. Highly recommend!
