Overall, the plumber was good and knowledgeable. However: was running behind on the 10am-2pm appointment window and I didn’t receive a call until 2:45 that they were going to be there in about a half hour. Luckily I didn’t have much going on that day. I laid out the 3 issues that were all in my master bath, figured they’d be relatively easy fixes. His and her sinks were having some minor leakage underneath, master toilet supply line had a minor leak, and master shower wasn’t getting hot like it used to. Immediately he said the sink issues were most likely the supply valves and needed to be replaced. Said that would be about $500, which seemed way more than I’d think. Next issue was just the supply line to the master toilet needed a better quality one. $65 for the new supply line. Then the shower cartridge needed to have a small manufacturer setting adjustment. He did that adjustment for free, but said a new cartridge and install would be $650 (I had just replaced it for $30 at Home Depot). Then pointed out that the p trap needed to be replaced, $200 for that. All said and done: $760 for a little over an hour of work. Kicker was that I noticed one of the sinks were still leaking that same evening. Called back the next day and was told it is probably just the faucet that needed to be replaced. I had already bought 2 new faucets just in case that was the issue so they’d be able to replace them for me. Was quoted $420 PER FAUCET to be installed. Must be some crazy labor charges since I was supplying the hardware. I thought that was outrageous, and installed them both myself in less than an hour. That’s what really fixed the leak issue. Nice people but just way overpriced in my opinion.

What words can adequately capture the feeling of safety and calm that we acquired acquired in just fifteen minutes? We purchased a house "as is", which is code for "surprise" ... when we opened the faucet in the kitchen, we knew that we needed a plumber... and with Snyder we got a Swiss army knife. Joseph asked us what problems we had with the house and we gave him the list. HVAC, a stuck sliding glass door, electrical, rotten wooden stairs, roof leak... and Snyder handled all of them. We asked him to quote us a minimum "get by with it until we have more money" estimate for the plumbing ... and he gave it ...but he also showed us "here's how you can get everything that I'd improve if my mom was living here"... the $200 per month financing will protect our sanity. We are now living comfortably thanks to the versatile team at Snyder. NO WONDER THAT THEY HAVE 490,000 STARS FROM 11,000 REVIEWS. High quality is hard to find, but we know who to call the next time our "AS IS" dream home surprises us. Update: joe followed up and now he has scheduled the repairs.... i didnt have to arrange anything. JOE is watching over the repairs like a hawk. I have full confidence in his oversight .. ..... Update April 4 2025 We needed a septic repair and guess who was there to push this ahead? Shawn, Randy and Joe.... and in less than 3 days the new sand was in and the wider diameter pipes and we won't see that septic field for at least another 25 tears. Thank you, Snyderman Update Saturday April 5 2025. These guys want us to get our backyard back to normal, so Randy showed up on his day off and removed more sand. Thank you!

Our electrician, Aiden was on time and communicated where he was and when he would arrive. He hooked up a hot tub for us. Complete job from the power box in the garage , through the attic 50ft outside by the pool and did a masterful job.
