Jason was very knowledgeable about the heating AC unit that I had. He found the and fixed it with little problem. Did an inspection of the whole system and pointed out some areas that could be improved on. He was friendly and we talked during most of the visit. Highly recommend both Jason and Snyder.

Case and Bryson replaced our ac/heating unit after 20 years of use. They did a fantastic job!! On time, polite, curious and know exactly what they are doing. I finally feel safe after a fire scare with the old unit yesterday. William came out yesterday to check the unit while the fire fighters were here. William reviewed various plans and units that would fit our situation. By the time he left we had a new system coming today that Cason and Bryson installed!!! (a new air-handler and outside unit were installed. ) Thanks Snyder team William, Cason and Bryson for a job well done!!! The Robinsons

Shawn made waking up without water far less stressful than it had to be. He came out and offered multiple options for my issues and let me decide what was best for my family and myself. Not only was Shawn very professional he was able to educate me on a system I have no knowledge on. Well done Snyder team!!

Very professional, prompt, and efficient repair. My bedroom under the FROG began leaking Sunday night. I called Snyder on Monday and they were able to send a tech out Tuesday afternoon at my convenience. Dylan was professional. He provided photos and detailed explanations on what happened and gave me several options for the repair to fit my budget.

The technician (Joe Byrd) fixed a leak at the coupling at the outside water meter. On the scheduled day of service, I received a text saying that he was on his way, and he arrived shortly thereafter, at about 8:30am. He fixed the leak at the coupling and the issue was resolved, and then he left at approximately 9:30am. However, he charged me $1,500.00 for the job (a 1 hour job to repair a leak)! Originally he quoted $1,700 but then he reduced it down to $1,500. Due to the nature of the plumbing issue (a leak) and the urgency (and also to minimize inconvenience for my tenants who were already without water for a day, as the water had been shut off at the meter due to the leak), I didn't have much of a choice, and wasn't able to shop for competitive estimates, and ultimately had to accept the high fee. I've been a landlord for over 20 years, and have used the services of many plumbers over the years. Never have I been charged so much for so little time! I will not be using Snyder in the future. Please be aware. Their work is fine and he resolved the leak without any issue, but the amount charged for a 1 hour job was simply unreasonable!
