Tim Day was my semi annual Snyder technician today. He was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job in explaining everything he was going to be doing and not only advised on what I needed but explained why the items needed to be replaced. I feel he did a very thorough and complete examination and covered all the points of inspection. After he was done, he went over the checklist with me and went above and beyond to answer questions which I really do appreciate. He was very pleasant and I will definitely recommend Tim Day for my future inspections. I think he will go very far in this field of work and I do recommend him personally to others and wish him the very best. Thank you Snyder for sending Tim Day to my home.

I am rating Aaron as excellent. He came out in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening. I had no idea water was shooting out of my irrigation system, until my neighbor notified me. I didn't know what to do or who to call. But I thought of Synder since I have routine maintenance scheduled with them tomorrow. Aaron came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to the dispatch, Aaron & Synder!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dylan! He showed up early (which already says a lot about his professionalism), and from the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. You could tell right away he’s a genuinely good person who takes pride in his work. Not only did Dylan handle the job efficiently and thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond by walking me through some helpful homeowners’ tips and tricks that I really appreciated. It wasn’t just a service call, it was a true learning experience, and he made it incredibly pleasant from start to finish. One small thing that really stuck with me, before he left, he even asked if he could say hi to my dogs. I let them out of the room, and he took a moment to pet them and be kind to them. So sweet!! Honestly, this might be the best customer service I’ve ever received, especially from an HVAC company. If you’re lucky enough to have Dylan as your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

my appointment time frame was from 8 AM to 10 AM in the morning. At 9 AM I received a call letting me know the technician would be late. I appreciated the dispatch reaching out. My new timeframe was 10 AM to 2 PM. . He called ahead to let us know he was coming and about 30 minutes later he was there. He took a look at our problem. made an assessment and set up for a replacement of a toilet Additionally, he did the walk around of the houses plumbing and let us know of any other potential issues. He was very courteous and informativeand did not try to press a hard cell on any additional work that could be done in a 30 Year old home.
