Snyder came to the rescue when we had a plumbing emergency in our shower. From the time I called, they were at my house in less than an 1.5 hours. Our plumber Arthur and his son Arthur were both the epitome of what a professional is. Both were friendly, outgoing and completed the job with great care. I highly recommend Snyder for any of your plumbing needs. I will never use anyone else now!

Felt very pressured to purchase brand new unit and the technician’s language and demeanor was a bit off putting when discussing things. Like he made me feel like I was cheap and not wise. Not the best customer service I would prefer.

Inconsiderate to others trying to do there job. Look we all get in a hurry but if you would of took 3 seconds to think this thru before just parking like this we all would benefit from it.

Eric Walden was excellent. He was on time, very polite and professional. He took the time to troubleshoot my plumbing issue and explained what he was going to do to solve it. Eric answered all my questions and even gave me good pointers to avoid future issues. Highly recommend him.

Brandon arrived at promised time and continued to be courteous, considerate and professional throughout his time here. He explained what our options were for the repair or replacement of our garbage disposal. We chose to replace the garbage disposal based on his expertise and advice.
