Dan went over and above expectations and completing the necessary work on mine and my dad's house. He spent all day there, was kind and considerate of our concerns and answered all our questions knowledgeable and courteously. Omar was 5-stars!! From on time arrival to best in class visit! I desperately needed a maintenance appt as I was experiencing a high level of allergies and headaches over the months. He was “Top Gun”. And checked everything from indoor equipment assessment to outdoor condenser unit and ducts - he remedied the situation and took the time to correct eg outdoor unit hadn’t been cleaned in years - the mud/ muck he uncovered was not an easy task but his time/ effort brought the equipment to its original condition. He also installed a UV assembly which addresses bacteria, mold spores and so much more - I now have fresh air and am already feeling better. Regular maintenance is essential and while I’ve only lived in my townhome for 6 months - I highly recommend Snyder AC - ask for Omar!! I’m putting him on our Berkshire Hathaway list of TOP Vendors!!!
