From the start, there is no pressure, they are professional, gracious, and clearly have the expertise for the job. They provided clear explanations and photos for each step of the process. I called for service due to my kitchen sink and guest bathroom being clogged. Was offered a $4500 jetting service. I like most people don’t have $4500 for plumbing. They then offered $900 to snake. I of course declined then proceeded to take a look myself. As soon as I removed shower drain stopper i found 4 bandaids blocking drain then went to kitchen sink and snaked hair. This all took me 30 mins. I don’t know if all plumbing companies are a scam or just this one. Will never consider calling this company again
