After having a nightmare experience with a different ac service company, we reached out to Synder. They were able to come out same day! The technician sent was Bryce Rodriguez. Bryce was extremely knowledgeable and thorough!! He took his time to figure what the true issue was, unlike the other company we had for years. Two days later, Bryce and another technician came out to do the repair, and again took their time and did the job correctly!! The issue that we’ve been having for a year+ and fighting with the other company was finally fixed and we are truly grateful!! Thank you!!

Dylan from Snyder Air was tremendous at diagnosis, explanation, and resolution of my HVAC system. He was very patient with me and took extra efforts to make sure all of my questions were asked. I went to Snyder because I had a bad experience with Home Shield. I had hoped it would be a better experience but appears not. Since I have had my new AC installed I have had an tech out here five times and lost over a week of work hours trying to get my AC fixed. Having to spend so much money on a new unit, I wonder how their leadership would handle this. The technicians are very friendly but it is insane to have so many problems. Today I spent $170 for a surge protector that I feel should have already been on the system in the beginning smh.
