The maintenance team was on time and thorough. They explained everything as they were processing maintenance and followed up with pictures. Extremely polite and respectful, wore booties the entire time they were in my home. They deserve 10 stars and a raise ⭐️‼️

Update - Levi S. And Dylan C. Came out to inspect our system in October 2025 and to troubleshoot an error code. Both are very professional and thorough and you could tell how highly trained they are. Really appreciated their time to get us up and running again and followed up on our problem. Best Customer Service anywhere. 2024: Daniel C. Did a great job helping us replace our ductwork and HVAC System at our new home. He explained everything very thoroughly and provided us with the best options. Marcus M. came out a few days later to start the job. When Marcus removed the old attic insulation and did fantastic work - he even sent us pictures of the effort in progress and after all the insulation was removed. That was unbelievable customer service. We are delighted we chose Snyder Air for this big project and that they sent Daniel and Marcus. Walter P. Came to get our Trane Console working - he did a fantastic job troubleshooting the problem and showing us how every worked. Outstanding service all around from Snyder Air. We also had Shawn Stewart Replace our water heater. Shawn did an excellent job - very high quality service and all done on time.

Snyder AC, plumbing, and electric has always been able to help when needed in a timely manor. The most recent experience didn’t quite go as planned however they were apologetic and more than fair when it came to fixing the unexpected incident. I’ve had two different technicians come out on separate occasions and both were knowledgeable, patient, and respectful.

The technician was great but no fix was performed and we got charged for a diagnostic fee without any estimates. Another technician showed up Monday and diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for no charge. I understand the dispatch fee for a Sunday but not happy about the extra diagnostic fee instead of an estimate.

4-1-25 Jay Miller did a great job diagnosing my Ac unit. Came back next day and installed new parts. Very professional. 4-9-25 Jay Miller came back to install 3 Filter grills and did an excellent job again.
