Levi shared a number of estimates which left me skeptical on which were truly something I should consider. I’m trying their service package for the year so we’ll see how the 6 month check up goes. If you contact Snyder you can trust Levi’s work just be wary of the extras.

German was polite and prompt. However, I feel we were taken advantage of by unrealistically high prices. A new thermostat costs $40 & 10 minutes labor, yet we were charged over $400. When confronted, German said he couldn’t call his office for an explanation on the high labor cost. We will not use this company for any of our houses.

I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Hope I see David in 6 months. Well done David.

Great experience with Josh but unfortunately not a very good one with Jonathan on Friday 11/28/25. He came in strong and the way I described him to my wife as much like a "used car saleman". He came over and I showed him where the problem was and the repair that needed to be done, and as fast as I got done speaking, he peeked into the center of the condenser unit and right away told me that my accumulator was in bad shape and that I should think about a new unit because he could not guarantee that the repair would last before something else going wrong. I told him that all I wanted to do was to repair the damaged copper pipe and refill with coolant. He was still very aggressive and trying to have me purchase a new unit and said that his repairs would be a "no guarantee repair". I explained to him that I was not able to afford a new unit at this time and why, and still he was right back to the " used car salesman" tactics. Finally, I was just about sick of him and asked to have the until repaired. Also, when the repair was done and he proceeded to replace the cover on the condenser where the electrical connections were, he tripped the main house breaker at the panel. He didnt have the condenser breaker off and a ground wire touched a live connection while he was replacing the cover. It's seems like more and more your techs are always now trying to sell a service and it was not this way before. Again Josh did a great job and did what he could for us.

Redi Zisi came out to service my air conditioner today. I have to say out of all the technicians I have had from Snyder company Redi Zisi was probably the most thorough and professional person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He did an excellent job servicing, thoroughly cleaning the outside compressor. Vacuuming all the leaves and acorns then rinsing inside and outside of the unit. He then came inside to inspect and again thoroughly cleaned the air handler, explained how what monthly maintenance I can perform myself. After going over everything it turns out I only needed a new UV LIGHT and cleaned and flushed primary drain pan. After all that he did everything he could to get the best price. It was a true blessing to have him assigned to work on my ac unit. Thank you Redi you were HONEST AND AWESOME

He was “Top Gun”. And checked everything from indoor equipment assessment to outdoor condenser unit and ducts - he remedied the situation and took the time to correct eg outdoor unit hadn’t been cleaned in years - the mud/ muck he uncovered was not an easy task but his time/ effort brought the equipment to its original condition. He also installed a UV assembly which addresses bacteria, mold spores and so much more - I now have fresh air and am already feeling better. The technician showed up two hours late. He never went under the house, then told us that there was a lot going on in the unit. He also said that there was an issue with the compressor. He then told me that he spoke to his supervisor and that they couldn’t do anything for me. They stated that they could not get the parts I needed for my AC unit. I called Epic Ac they came out about an hour later. They looked at the unit and the unit was perfectly fine. The technician then went underneath the house and found that it was just a duct that was no longer connected. It took him 10 minutes to fix the duct. If you want honesty and integrity, call Epic Ac. If you wanna be lied straight to your face and taken advantage of call Snyder.

I bought a house 7 years ago from someone who completed a major remodeling project just before the sale. The remodeling included a new AC system from Snyder. At closing, he turned over the documents on the system, including the warranty information which included a 12-year parts warranty. I then contacted Snyder to see about adding a 12-year labor warranty a the suggestion of the seller. The person I spoke to (at Snyder) understood that I had just purchased the home from the person who had just contracted for the new system. Snyder was happy to take my money ($1290.00) for the warranty, assuring me I now had a 12-year parts and labor warranty. I then purchased the annual maintenance plan every year for the last 7 years, paying for the semi-annual servicing to keep the warranty in force. Recently, the system went down, and I called for service. The technician who came to the house told me that I needed a part for around $3000.00 and I did not have a parts warranty since I didn't purchase the system. I understand that the law does not require that warranties be transferrable, but I was assured I was covered under the circumstances in which mine was purchased. Unfortunately, I can't prove what was discussed verbally during a phone call 7 years ago. However, I would not have purchased a $1290.00 labor warranty had I been told that I did not have a parts warranty. I called Snyder and asked to speak with a manager to present my case. My call was not put through to a manager as I requested. Instead, I was told I could email my concerns to the "warranty manager". I exchanged emails 3 times with this person, each time asking to speak to anyone in management. My request to have my concerns heard by a member of management was denied four times - once verbally and three times by email. I then contacted another HVAC company on the recommendation of a friend. The problem was an evaporator coil, which was $1700.00 for the OEM part. The total repair was $3300.00 including parts, coolant and labor for a repair that should have been fully covered. I understand I have no legal recourse with Snyder. I just wanted to have the opportunity to be heard, but nobody cared. I have a new AC company now.

This is my third interaction with Snyder heating and air. David was prompt and called prior to his arrival time. He was very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and was quick to provide us service. He made sure to check the entire system, not just the repair that he had to make. My only concern was having to pay/rent a temp motor until an original factory motor was ordered and sent. I feel this should fall parts warranty. I’m not sure if the temporary motor is reused or sent back to the manufacturer. True I could have chosen to just wait for the original part, but in 90 plus heat with a work from home job, animals and children this really was no choice at all. I wish the company would issue some type of credit upon the return of the temporary motor with the installation of the manufacturer’s approved part. Again let me say David was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. I am a second generation Snyder customer and it just seems like a little bit of price gouging for the use of the temporary motor.
