We are service agreement customers and had our annual maintenance this morning. Anthony and another tech who's name I've forgotten checked and serviced our units and also pointed out things we might anticipate in the near future. They were very polite and professional and let us know what was going on each step of the way until it was resolved. We've been happy Snyder customers and this recent visit is one of the reasons why.

Great response time! This company came out, gave me a quote, & were scheduled to complete the job within a week. Very young, but knowledgable & hard working staff! Installed two outside outlets & an additional one in my garage. Made sure to clean up after themselves & were overall very friendly!

On August 23, 2024 Snyder Air Conditioning serviced my system with routine maintenance and installed a UV system for $535. Their total bill was $1,064. When a supervisor reviewed my invoice he acknowledged an overcharge amount of $399. He sent a request to customer service and it took them over a month to process my refund. Eventually after multiple phone calls they processed my refund in October 2024. The UV system has already stopped working. I think you should consider my disappointing experience with Snyder before asking them to work on your system.
