Jason was fantastic. Seriously, a lifesaver!! A previous company had quoted me nearly $2000 in work and was pressuring me to buy a new unit. Jason was honest about what I needed to do to get the unit running again. I spent a 1/4 of that, and he gave me some tips on keeping it running. So glad I called Snyder!

We had our water heater replaced. It was very easy and effective from start to finish including the free estimate done the week before. Jonny Parrish did a great job, great communication before during and after the work was done.

I purchased a brand-new AC unit from Snyder just a year ago, and it has already broken down. My husband reached out for a repair 15 days ago, and they have yet to fix it. The lack of urgency and customer service is beyond frustrating, especially given the high cost of a new unit. We expected better reliability and service, but instead, we’ve been left with no AC and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable product or service.
