Wayne with Snyder has been great. I’ve called 2x and they’ve been here same day / next day. He explained the problems and what could be done about them. They are more expensive but with the service & customer support I’ll pay it all day.

Steve replaced a light fixture in a laundry area in my home. I supplied the fixture. The replacement took less than one hour. Steve was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after the job and took the old fixture and bulb for disposal. I am happy with Snyder Electric.

Nobody is initially thrilled at the idea of paying $12,000 for an AC replacement. Amy was very kind and professional and helped us make an educated decision to replace our AC unit compared to dumping $2500 worth of R22 into a leaking 26 year old Carrier unit. We are getting set up with a new Trane system next day install. I’ll update this review after the install but I’m very pleased with the customer service so far as I should be on such an expensive purchase.

Mo was the technician who took are of the air conditioning 6-month check for me today. He was very thorough, and did need to do more work that I had been putting off. He was on time, very professional, and I'm very happy with the job that was done. Carol Self 8/29/25
