This is why we have used Snyder for numerous years and continue to do so. We are never disappointed in the caliber of their work and the timely manner in which they perform and remedy the problem. Snyder Heating and AC is a great, trustable company. The customer service personnels are polite, took messages and promised to call customer back. Ms. Pri Estefon did call back and listened to customer's request. She said that she would discuss the issue with the management and call me back. Ms. Pri Estefon called me back again and offered a successful solution. Ms. Estefon also followed up with an email to confirm the resolution. She kindly offered help if I do come across any future questions or concerns. That makes me feel warm in heart. Thank you Snyder for having such a good customer service; friendly, quickly and promptly resolve the issue, satisfied customer's concern and request.

Donovan Heating and Air has been our partner in keeping our A/C in top operational shape for years. We have always been pleased with their service and the quality of workmanship by their Technicians. Today, I had Ryan working to repair my unit. He's a skilled technician who takes the time to explain everything in "layman's" terms so you understand both the problem and solution; AND he doesn't leave until he's verified the unit is back up and working at the optimum level. Ryan is not only a skilled, talented professional, he's also a very nice person which makes a difference to me. I highly recommend Donovan Heating and Air for all your cooling and heating needs. Caleb did my AC maintenance yesterday and was amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly. He went above and beyond to show me what he done and explained how a part in my outside unit was on the brink of failure and could possibly break down causing multiple expensive problems in my unit in the future. He replaced the part then and there and spent extra time doing it as I was his last booking for the day and he could have easily just gone home for the day but he stayed to help make sure this part was replaced so I wouldn’t have more expensive repairs in the future. He was overall a great person and a great representative of the Snyder /Arnett team! I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars ⭐️!!!!! 😊
