Bryce did a fantastic job getting one of the head units of our whole house mini split system back up and working properly. He was very polite and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I give him 5 stars for a job well done. However, I have to give Snyder 4 stars on pricing. Our mini split system was expensive and only about a year old. To have a $500+ bill today seems a bit excessive.

Chris Burger was awesome! He was accurate, courteous, shared all our options, and was speedy in completing the work we requested (install of 3 direct wire under cabinet lights). He also cleaned up after himself! I'll def ask for him again!

Dana installed a toilet. He did excellent work. Very meticulous and detailed. He was pleasant, worked hard and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I am installing two more toilets and have specifically requested Dana for those jobs also. Since I purchased my own toilet from Home Depot, the price only included parts and labor.

The technician, Omar, explained in detail everything he planned to do and completed in the time he estimated. He recommended that I have the UV lamp replaced and relocated which he did. He then gave a review of his actions. Very courteous and professional.
