The maintenance team was on time and thorough. They explained everything as they were processing maintenance and followed up with pictures. Extremely polite and respectful, wore booties the entire time they were in my home. They deserve 10 stars and a raise ⭐️‼️

Highly recommend Snyder Air Conditioning! We've had an ongoing issue with our a/c unit spewing bad-smelling air into our home. It's a tough thing to figure out because it doesn't happen all the time, particularly when the technicians are there. But Savannah with Snyder was AWESOME! She spent the time to look over everything, discovered the problem, and then set about fixing it. She kept me informed, explained everything she was doing -- and why-- and was very knowledgeable. In short, it was a delight to work with her and I'm thrilled that she fixed our problem!

Ryan did an amazing job. Very professional. He listened to all of my concerns and inspected all the area that be of potential concern. He completed inspections in a very timely matter and gave his recommendations. The best part is he believes that it’s something I never thought of and would be the option to start with. Jennifer from Snyder did a great job cleaning my dryer vent on a very hot day! She called to let me know she could come early to my appointment if I wanted, and both she and Paul were friendly, thorough, and professional. She explained the procedure beforehand, and showed me before and after pictures of my vent. The floor was cleaned so well afterward that it looked like she mopped it! VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE with SNYDER and VERY HAPPY with the results. I will use them again in the future!
