This is my third interaction with Snyder heating and air. David was prompt and called prior to his arrival time. He was very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and was quick to provide us service. He made sure to check the entire system, not just the repair that he had to make. My only concern was having to pay/rent a temp motor until an original factory motor was ordered and sent. I feel this should fall parts warranty. I’m not sure if the temporary motor is reused or sent back to the manufacturer. True I could have chosen to just wait for the original part, but in 90 plus heat with a work from home job, animals and children this really was no choice at all. I wish the company would issue some type of credit upon the return of the temporary motor with the installation of the manufacturer’s approved part. Again let me say David was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. I am a second generation Snyder customer and it just seems like a little bit of price gouging for the use of the temporary motor. Tom did a great job for us. We had a problem with the outside unit after the techs that did our routine maintenance. Unit was not cooling. Tom came in and checked the system and repaired the unit free of charge. Nice work!

We had a constant dripping coming from behind the shower wall and the only access panel was a 9" square cutout in the adjacent bedroom closet back wall, which was virtually worthless in this situation. The water was affecting the items in the closet as well, so we had to act fast. Fast. Living here for about 14 years, I knew Snyder as a highly reputable company to call on, and so we did just that. They dispatched Trey Cassidy, who did an absolutely phenomenal job for us! He assessed and explained the extent of the issue, gave us two different ways of going about repairing it, and was meticulous in doing the repair. He is exceptional at what he does, and we already have plans to bring him back right after the new year to help us with replacing the faucet and spout on the master bathroom's deep tub. We couldn't be happier having made the decision to reach out to Snyder and Trey. We will be keeping their number on speed dial for sure.

Trey was very professional and on time and does great work. Explained how the new water heater works, purged the air out of the system and made sure everything was working great prior to his departure. Ask for Trey when you need any plumbing work!

I had a great experience with Snyder Plumbing, and especially with technician Kyle McBride. Kyle did an excellent job diagnosing an ongoing well pump issue that had been incorrectly installed by a previous employee. He acted quickly, clearly explained what the problem was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done before moving forward. He showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Kyle is absolutely my go-to for any well pump issues, and I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.
