My AC stopped working and Jonathon from Snyder was able to come out same day, look at the system and provide me a detailed report as to the issues. We went with a solution that I could afford for the time being because I’ll be honest, it is pricey compared to what the representative on the phone when scheduling my appointment told me. I wasn’t expecting it. However my ac is running now and I appreciate how Snyder takes photos of the work in order to document the system over time. Thank you for the work Jonathon.

Justin, did an amazing job explaining my electrical panel to me. He was able to explain to me what breakers my insurance company was requiring me to replace and why they should be replaced. He talked with me about the "Snyder Family Hero Plan" something I will probably take advantage of after the holidays.

Steve arrived on time and was patient me being a few minutes late myself. I gave him the light I needed mounted just outside my front door. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes and the new light looks great! My only complaint would be the sticker shock I got afterwards - $230 just to change out a light fixture. I do recommend him, but just know the charge can be a bit much.
