Snyder’s two-man team was professional, friendly and efficient. We had HVAC service covered under their Hero Plan. They did offer extra product be added to our system to help it run more efficiently and we accepted. They showed up on time and we’re very thorough.

I had to take my stars away. This company is horrible. They had to come out 6 times to fix something that should have been fixed the 1st time. The guy we dealt with today for a 2nd time was extremely rude and condescending. They repaired stuff that didn't even need repaired and charged us a high amount.

Technician Chris Tomberlin came to our house after we contacted Snyder for an estimate on a hot water heater installation. Chris was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He took the time to explain everything completely and make sure we had no questions. I am looking forward to the installation.
