It's refreshing to encounter such considerate drivers on the road. Good company keeps good people, and acts of kindness like this don't go unnoticed. Had a new AC installed in April 2025, in June 2025 the AC started freezing up continuously. Had Snyder come 3 times each time saying nothing is wrong. Finally they figure out they need to order three parts. This was the end of July. It’s now October and they are refusing to even return our calls. $12k system that can’t maintain a temperature under 77 degrees without freezing. Beyond disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would solely based on their lack of communication. Be cautious giving them any work at all.
