My a/c was freezing up and not cooling well. Brian Maldonado came out the same day and took care of the issue (a small leak causing loss of coolant) within a couple of hours. Brian explained what he was doing at every step and answered all the questions I had. This was important to me, the fact that he took the time. I would give Brian a 10 out of 10 and would recommend Snyder A/C for sure!

Everyone I’ve talked to has been extremely courteous and professional. I initially spoke with Mary, she was awesome. I received messages on when my tech would arrive, and a follow up call from the tech himself giving me his precise arrival time. My tech was Danny, he was very pleasant and professional. Once everything was installed, they loaded the old equipment up, cleaned up inside, and explained the operation of the new system to me. Very happy with my experience and my house feels nice and cool now. I would recommend Snyder to anyone, and I think they would be very happy with the product and service they receive.

Eric Walden was GREAT! He came out and was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and showed me everything he was doing and explained it in detail. He worked for hours to resolve my issue. Would definitely recommend him and Snyder to anyone needing service.
