Tom did a great job for us. We had a problem with the outside unit after the techs that did our routine maintenance. Unit was not cooling. Tom came in and checked the system and repaired the unit free of charge. Nice work!

Phillip was very thorough and explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. I appreciated that as I wanted to fully understand what was happening with my A/C! I had called in a panic that morning and Phillip was dispatched and out to my house by 10:00 am! What great service and another reason why I choose Snyder over all of the other competition! Tracey was amazing!! He had to make 3 trips for me to get the job done and was extremely professional each time. I ended up only needing 2 new breakers instead of 3 which saved me a considerable amount of $$. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the honesty when obviously I would have never known the difference. Truly appreciate that there are still great hard working honest people.
