Mr. Perez was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. He told me what to expect and kept me informed what he was doing and very thorough going through my AC unit. Snyder as a whole has the best customer service I have experienced. They are a little more pricey but well worth the money for what you get.

Kyle was a true Snyderman Superhero. Immediate diagnosis and problem solved at a very reasonable price. Would use Snyder over and over and ask for Kyle Rubin. He knows his stuff!

Levi was a great tech. He was prompt, polite and fixed my blower motor immediately so my house was ready for weekend guests. The company’s sales tactics are slightly aggressive. Levi shared a number of estimates which left me skeptical on which were truly something I should consider. I’m trying their service package for the year so we’ll see how the 6 month check up goes. If you contact Snyder you can trust Levi’s work just be wary of the extras.

Pablo was fabulous as always! He ĺ what you are most concerned about and goes above and beyond to make sure ge has done everything he can to put your mind at ease. He cleans up after himself. He makes 100% sure all of your concerns are addressed! Thanks again Pablo you are great at your job and wanted to acknowledge that!
