Our A/C went out last night and Joe Cook came out right away and fixed our capacitor and got our house cooling down very fast. Joe knows his stuff and very professional. He also noticed other issues and suggested us to go with their maintenance plan. So we did and so thankful. Snyder is a great company with an excellent customer service and technicians especially Joe!!!

Absolutely don't use! They don't treat people well on the phone. They waste your time putting you on hold for 12 minutes. Also the Management is absolute trash. Find a better company to deal with like I did .

Isaiah and Gavin did an absolutely STELLAR job getting our electrical issues straightened out!! They were cordial and made very helpful suggestions during their time there and it is wonderful to know that our house is now safely wired. They installed our new vented-to-the-outside range hood without a hitch. They even hauled away the box & packing materials that the hood came in!! Exceptional service by these two and I would recommend them without hesitation!

Carlton was professional and courteous. He diagnosed our problem quickly, explained it to us and had the parts to fix it.

Very expensive and issue was not resolved. I had a thermostat that was not getting any power. The breakers checked good and the air handler had no obvious issues. The float switch was fine. The technician came out and determined that the thermostat was malfunctioning. He had two replacement options available to buy directly from him (Snyder), but both were marked up over 2x their retail price, or hundreds of dollars more expensive. What’s worse was that they do not carry a thermostat just for troubleshooting, only ones for sale. I declined and sent him on his way. I had a different company come out and they found the real issue in 30 minutes (wire was shorting due to heavy rainfall) and this technician didn’t charge anything for the trouble. Snyder charges $100 for the technician to walk through your door and more every 30 minutes. I want to be clear that the technician, while misdiagnosing the issue, was very professional and honest. The real issue lies with the company policies and I recommend finding smaller companies that have not been bought out by larger ones.
