The technician showed up two hours late. He never went under the house, then told us that there was a lot going on in the unit. He also said that there was an issue with the compressor. He then told me that he spoke to his supervisor and that they couldn’t do anything for me. They stated that they could not get the parts I needed for my AC unit. I called Epic Ac they came out about an hour later. They looked at the unit and the unit was perfectly fine. The technician then went underneath the house and found that it was just a duct that was no longer connected. It took him 10 minutes to fix the duct. If you want honesty and integrity, call Epic Ac. If you wanna be lied straight to your face and taken advantage of call Snyder.

Shannon was a true professional, on time, great communication, efficient and left the condo cleaner then when he arrived- no little wire pieces or debris- Snyder Electric made that appointment in the morning after another company cancelled on me - I’m so glad! I will definitely use them again.

My air conditioner quit working the other day and while I was with my wife at the hospital a relative made an appointment with a company from the beach to help us and when I got home he showed up and after about 15 minutes told me coils were bad and for $390,00 he would find the but I should buy another unit. After saying no I called the number on the unit for Snyder's which is who I bought it from 8.5 years ago. With the maintenance plan she sent a man out that day. After a long detailed inspection he showed me where there was a leak in the coolant line. Thomas and another worker came out today and after about 4 hours they rerouted the line and had the unit working like new. As a retired Marine Corps Officer I can both identify and respect professionalism and competence. They kept me informed as the work progressed. Thank you Thomas and the office lady that set this up. With my wife on an oxygen machine and warm weather coming I feel good knowing Snyder's will be there if needed and I will only use them in the future for any maintenance needs that they do.
