We arrived at our second home on Amelia Island to find our tankless water heater inoperable. Of course, we picked one of the coldest weeks to escape the snow and cold back home. A quick trip to S. Fla. to visit relatives gave us the opportunity to take some warm showers but we really wanted to have things working when we returned back to the cold and we decided to take a chance on Snyder. Glad we did! It took a combination of the plumbing and electrical department to diagnose and repair our water heater. Marty (electrician), Kat and Cheyanne (i.e., the plumbers) were all GREAT. I knew whoever we called would get the job done, but the experience with Snyder and in particular the three of you blew us away as far as expectations. The company has a great system for scheduling, confirming and keeping the customer advised of status. The quality of the people (personality, politeness and instilling a feeling of confidence that the work would be done correctly) was amazing. Marty had to add us to his schedule and we really appreciated the “same day” vs. “I can get there tomorrow” response to our needs. The pricing was also very reasonable and fair. For all of the driving, time and effort expended on our behalf, I expected a higher final bill. I also enjoyed just chatting with everyone involved from the moment each person arrived at my home until they left. So, bottom line: We are very pleased to give Snyder our complete and highest endorsement. In fact, we are already planning on calling you guys back out to do a check on our AC unit and I plan to call Snyder for plumbing help again once I have purchased a high end water treatment system for our house. I've done that type of work myself before, but Snyder is just too good for me to not just let the pros handle this one. Thanks again!!!

Really appreciated their time to get us up and running again and followed up on our problem. Best Customer Service anywhere. 2024: Daniel C. Did a great job helping us replace our ductwork and HVAC System at our new home. He explained everything very thoroughly and provided us with the best options. Marcus M. came out a few days later to start the job. When Marcus removed the old attic insulation and did fantastic work - he even sent us pictures of the effort in progress and after all the insulation was removed. That was unbelievable customer service. We are delighted we chose Snyder Air for this big project and that they sent Daniel and Marcus. Walter P. Jesse was amazing he even cleaned up the bathroom after fixing the toilet issue. Flushable wipes are not flushable! Don’t be fooled by marketing tactics. The gentlemen that installed the vacuums to get rid of the water leakage going all the way from the toilet upstairs into the ceiling downstairs was kind, respectful, and took the extra time to make sure we would not get mold from sitting water. Five stars all the way. I’m very surprised and happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really appreciate the way Petey handled a tough situation. When an unexpected issue came up with the valve installation—due to the builder’s original use of plastic fittings—he was upfront and honest about what happened. Instead of cutting corners, he made it right by offering to replace the valve at no extra charge and having his drywall guy repair the damage. While the drywall repair won’t include painting (as explained upfront), I respect that Petey is sticking to the original agreed price of $2,800 and not adding surprise costs. His professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to fixing the problem the right way show that he truly values his customers. Things don’t always go perfectly in construction, but the way Petey handled this situation gave me confidence that I chose the right person for the job.

I had them come out because none of toilets were flushing. They came out I paid 250.00, they got it unclogged but the following day everything is clogged now worse sewage now coming back up into the tubs. Hurts paying that much to still not have indoor plumbing. Currently trying to find someone to truly fix the cause. Update called them, they offered to let me pay 100.00 for them to come back out, and maybe fix the issue with no promises of fixing the problem. AKA milking as much money as they can out of me. Unfortunate for a business that’s been around so long.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a technician come to the house for a free estimate. He told us how much it would cost and what was wrong. Tried to get financing, but was denied. Then the technician says we need to pay 100 for the estimate!! He didn't even do anything and yet wants us to Pay 100 for a free estimate! Horrible service!!!

I really can’t express enough how many times this company disappoints us , weather it’s with missing appointments or “ being under staffed “ they show up late , then constantly try to upsell you … the last guy that came out , two weeks ago trying to tell us how “ old “ our unit was and should be replaced …. He was speaking with my wife , kicker is the unit was installed 3 years ago …. I don’t really understand what’s going on but yesterday I look up and well they left the side panel off the unit almost like they are deliberately trying to make it fail … also they missed the last appointment by two months making our filters get clogged and the unit to shut off in the Florida heat , mind you we pre book and pre pay for months in advance

He showed up early (which already says a lot about his professionalism), and from the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did Dylan handle the job efficiently and thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond by walking me through some helpful homeowners’ tips and tricks that I really appreciated. I called at 10:30 am for repair on my AC and I was very pleasantly surprised for Mr. Perez to arrive early. He was a nice guy that listened to my problem and proceeded to fix me up. He was efficient and courteous and cleaned up after himself. It's 90 ° outside but only 77° in my house a few hours later. Call Snyder for fast response and decent prices. I'm pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately it took 2 more service calls to finally fix it BUT I am still happy with Snyder AC and will use them if needed.

She says “then what am I here for” very rude. Nothing wrong with shopping around and get the best ac system deal. She did not even give me best or cheap options for the unit she said oh your budget is not our match we don’t do those cheap units reach out to B cool without even knowing what my budget was. What words can adequately capture the feeling of safety and calm that we acquired acquired in just fifteen minutes? We purchased a house "as is", which is code for "surprise" ... when we opened the faucet in the kitchen, we knew that we needed a plumber... and with Snyder we got a Swiss army knife. Joseph asked us what problems we had with the house and we gave him the list. HVAC, a stuck sliding glass door, electrical, rotten wooden stairs, roof leak... and Snyder handled all of them. We asked him to quote us a minimum "get by with it until we have more money" estimate for the plumbing ... and he gave it ...but he also showed us "here's how you can get everything that I'd improve if my mom was living here"... the $200 per month financing will protect our sanity. We are now living comfortably thanks to the versatile team at Snyder. NO WONDER THAT THEY HAVE 490,000 STARS FROM 11,000 REVIEWS. High quality is hard to find, but we know who to call the next time our "AS IS" dream home surprises us. Update: joe followed up and now he has scheduled the repairs.... i didnt have to arrange anything. JOE is watching over the repairs like a hawk. I have full confidence in his oversight .. ..... Update April 4 2025 We needed a septic repair and guess who was there to push this ahead? Shawn, Randy and Joe.... and in less than 3 days the new sand was in and the wider diameter pipes and we won't see that septic field for at least another 25 tears. Thank you, Snyderman Update Saturday April 5 2025. These guys want us to get our backyard back to normal, so Randy showed up on his day off and removed more sand. Thank you!

Needed my bathroom faucet replaced and the leak fixed, the box store guy kept rescheduling and I needed the leak fixed now. Snyders sent a tech and he told me I bought the wrong faucet, found the garage water shutoff and fixed the leak within an hour. Great service with Allonzo, very professional courteous and helpful.
