So my AC unit was not working properly…it was hotter inside than out. Jason came out and found that my unit was old, outdated & parts basically for the most part obsolete or very expensive. End up financing a new a/c unit, which thankfully will be installed tomorrow. Jason was super nice, polite & personable. Would definitely recommend Snyder A/C, we have only had good experiences with them. My installers Sny-Charlie & Ryan (the Technicians) were very nice. Cleaned up any mess and explained details of the unit to me. Poor guys had 4 downpours of rain while installing the unit. They did an excellent job! And Jason, thank you for coming out so quickly, the call prior to your arrival and all your help & courteousness. Aidan Tavenner, thank you for helping me with the thermostat Wi-Fi issue and all the extra information & tips you enlightened me with in regards to the unit. All in all a great team of workers. Lindsey of Snyder Air Conditioning performed maintenance on my air conditioner unit today. As in the past, she was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about the status of my unit. She summarized for me all of the prominent points of the maintenance service in an easy to understand way and made suggestions going forward for keeping the unit in pristine condition. You can't ask for more from a technician. I am always glad when I open the door for the service call and see Lindsey there.

Justin, did an amazing job explaining my electrical panel to me. He was able to explain to me what breakers my insurance company was requiring me to replace and why they should be replaced. He talked with me about the "Snyder Family Hero Plan" something I will probably take advantage of after the holidays.

His Close attention to detail made the job go a lot smoother. Will definitely use Snyder plumbing again. Have tried two or three different plumbers in the area and very dissatisfied with their performance.
