It was an EMERGENCY! My 92 year old patient had ZERO heat and it was freezing last night! From the time I called to the time Savannah arrived was in a blink of an eye! Savannah was the epitomy of professionalism and empathy! She diagnosed the issue with speed and precision and had the house warm and cozy in under an hour! I called Snyder late in the afternoon and the technician Joe was at my door in less than two hours. He was very professional and respectful. He found a couple of issues that I wasn't aware of. He double checked his work and cleaned up after himself. It was an overall great experience. It's nice to see people who actually care about their job. I would definitely recommend using Snyder for your AC issues. Update: I had the whole outside unit replaced. Charlie & Glenn did a fantastic job. Very polite and professional. I was blown away on how quickly they worked together getting the old unit replaced. The Electrician Christopher Burger, did a thorough inspection and had to replace some wires to bring it to code. They all cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't even tell they were there.
