Joe did a nice job. I like the Snyder policy of taking before and after photos to show the completed work, especially hard to access areas such as the attic.

I went to Snyder because I had a bad experience with Home Shield. I had hoped it would be a better experience but appears not. Since I have had my new AC installed I have had an tech out here five times and lost over a week of work hours trying to get my AC fixed. Having to spend so much money on a new unit, I wonder how their leadership would handle this. The technicians are very friendly but it is insane to have so many problems. Today I spent $170 for a surge protector that I feel should have already been on the system in the beginning smh.

Ian did a fantastic job on a maintenance call for my older AC unit. He went above to identify the issue and correct it, while also explaining to me how I could prevent additional issues in the future. His careful, patient, and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. The level of service he provided was amazing for the cost. Thanks to Ian I will continue to use Snyder in the future and hope to work with him again.
