Brandon was so kind and helpful for my elderly parents. It means th world when someone takes time to help the elderly;) and talk to family far away to explain why the issues are. Great company!

Sam Marshall from Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric came to our home to diagnose a possible drain leak from our second floor. He was professional and courteous, and he explained each step he was taking to try to figure out the problem. He cleaned up and swept every area he worked in. I cannot say enough good things about Sam or Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric in working with us to give us a detailed explanation of what the work will cost us. Would highly recommend them both!

I would like to amend my previous review. Debbie from Snyder tried very hard to mend this relationship, which I greatly appreciate. However, after agreeing on a price, a misdiagnosis and the credit we were supposed to receive disregarded, I can only increase my review by a few stars. Thank you for all your work Ms. Debbie. After reading the reviews and hearing testimonials from people this company seemed like the best choice, however, our experience has not been positive. Our unit had a condensing coil malfunction, in the middle of August, Snyder came out quoted us, took our payment then told us it would be 3-4 months before our part was available. After learning this I attempted to get our money back and go with a different company who could get the part quicker, but they refused to let us out of the contract. I therefore reached out to Carrier directly and found a way to expedite the part, provided them with all the information and thought they would take care of it, they did not. I followed up the next week and nothing had happened, reached out to Carrier again who reported they hadn’t received anything. So I, the costumer acquired all the information and sent the paperwork to Carrier directly. Part came, under warranty great because it is a $6,000 dollar part on a barely 2 year old unit. BUT…refrigerant is not covered or labor so that will be $1,800. Paid that, even though I personally handled most of the paperwork and actually getting the part. Now we are 6 months out and they came back out to complete maintenance, which took three different technicians before they were able to figure out what needed to be done, and they are telling us our inside coil has a leak and we are expected to pay $1,800 again for refrigerant…Don’t you do a whole system check after replacing a major part? If you are the best in the business, how come you are unorganized and unable to properly complete a job?

Case and Bryson replaced our ac/heating unit after 20 years of use. They did a fantastic job!! On time, polite, curious and know exactly what they are doing. I finally feel safe after a fire scare with the old unit yesterday. William came out yesterday to check the unit while the fire fighters were here. William reviewed various plans and units that would fit our situation. By the time he left we had a new system coming today that Cason and Bryson installed!!! (a new air-handler and outside unit were installed. ) Thanks Snyder team William, Cason and Bryson for a job well done!!! The Robinsons
