In my wife we really appreciate his honesty and overall knowledge of the type of unit that we have we will be purchasing a new unit from your company. Because of Mr. Keith lknowledge of both of the situation what was wrong. The unit was very old and time for replacement. Keep up the good work mr Keith thank you very much and go army. Also mr Keith let us know we qualify for the military discount. Today is August 3rd mr Zach Moore came out install me a brand new water heater. You didn't wonderful and professional job. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable and friendly. They had a very long day with the install which included duct cleaning and crawling through my very tight attic to run new wire for correct placement of the thermostat. They took great care and pride in their work and it shows! Thank you for a job well done.

Unfortunately our HVAC unit, which was was installed by another company not Snyder, leaked water that flooded into the garage and home. Not only did David fix the issue he gave a detailed description of what caused the issue and how it was repaired. Futhermore he provided helpful restoration and prevention recommendations. Lastly he was kind enough to relay all pertinent information to the insurance adjusters present so as not to let anything be lost in translation by me the customer making this ordeal a bit easier to process. David's professionalism and politeness was just the cherry on the cake. We would prefer David to be our point person on all things HVAC and will definitely be recommending him and Snyder to friends and family.
